Shipping Policy

At Harper Lane London, we believe your shopping experience should be just as delightful as your purchase. That’s why we’ve streamlined our ordering and delivery process to make it smooth, secure, and stress-free.

 

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time:
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Shipping Cost:

• Orders over £39 – Free Shipping

• Orders under £39 – Flat rate of £6.99

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Out of Stock Items:
If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we’ll get in touch to offer an alternative or refund.

Changes After Ordering:
You can update your shipping details within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Note:
All orders are currently shipped from our overseas warehouse while we relocate to London. Once we’re fully set up, we’ll begin shipping locally across the UK.
