Lovely service but slow delivery

The people at Harper Lane were lovely when I contacted them, but my order took a bit longer than I hoped. They kept me updated though, which helped. Felt really looked after

You don’t get this kind of customer service much anymore. They actually emailed me to check if everything was okay after I got my order. Who even does that?? Just felt really personal.
